With a primary concentration on the emirate of Sharjah, Arada is a privately held real estate development business with headquarters in the United Arab Emirates. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, the chairman of Basma Group, and Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Alsaud, the chairman of KBW Investments, formed the business in December 2016. The largest developer in Sharjah, Arada has so far introduced three master-planned communities with a combined value of AED 33 billion.
